Biografia

Nancy Yuckman Biagi was born in the USA on December 5, 1944 where
she lived and followed her regular course of studies up until she attained
her A.A. degree i 1964. Immediately after,she left for Italy to study at the
Fine Arts Accademy in Florence. She returned to the USA for a short time
only to leave again for Florence where she married and took up residence
permanently.
For a certain period she worked as a miniaturist painting landscapes, figures,
portraits and still lifes on ivory and enamel. Later she worked as a designer
for decal companies who produced decors for porcelaine, ceramics, and glass
pieces. Her passion has always been painting in general from small size
paintings to large dimensions.
Nancy has participated in many group exhibits and has also had private
exhibits all in the area of Tuscany, winning above all first prize in the 31st
edition of the 'Spiga d' Argento' in Montespertoli, Florence.
